
Dr Michael Haule
Michael Emanuel Haule is a Tanzanian academic and higher-education leader currently serving as Manager of Internationalization, Convocation and Advancement and previously saved as Chief Admissions Officer, Head of Admissions and Coordinator of Research and Innovation departments at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Sokoine University of Agriculture (1998), a Master of Arts in Rural Development also from Sokoine University (2009), and a Master of Science and Technology in Educational Management, Evaluation and Assessment from the University of Twente in the Netherlands (2012). In his role at NM-AIST, Dr. Haule is involved in both academic administration and advancing the institution’s international partnerships and admissions strategies, having participated in numerous national and international meetings, trainings, and workshops in higher education management. In addition to his administrative leadership at NM-AIST, Dr. Haule since 2012 has been a Member of the Management Committee and is associated with broader technical and scientific networks in East Africa, appearing in team listings for various initiatives in East Africa, Africa, Europe, USA and Assia, indicating involvement both in regional and global technology and innovation partnerships beyond the university context.
