Governance and Management of AFMTI Structure
The African Finance and Management Thinkers Institute (AFMTI) operates under a clear governance and management framework designed to promote accountability, transparency, integrity, and effective leadership. This framework ensures that strategic oversight and day-to-day management are well aligned, enabling the Institute to achieve its objectives in capacity building, research, consultancy, and policy engagement.
At the apex of AFMTI’s organizational structure is the Board of Directors, whose members uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The Board provides strategic guidance, approves policies, oversees institutional performance, and safeguards the long-term sustainability and credibility of the Institute.
Reporting to the Board is the Executive Leadership Team, composed of experienced professionals responsible for translating strategic direction into operational results. This team provides overall leadership, sets institutional goals, formulates policies, oversees
