Joseph is currently serving as a Senior Pastor for Africa Inland Church Tanzania (AICT) at Temeke District in Dar es salaam. Over 30 years served from corporate, development and faith based institutions. To mention a few, he has served as Associate Director for Public Engagement, Faith & Development with World Vision Tanzania. Board Chair for African Enterprise in Tanzania. Board of Trustees Chair for AICT. Governing Council Member for the Africa International University which is in Kenya. Commissioner for the Christian Social Services Commission in Tanzania under the Christian Council of Tanzania and Tanzania Episcopal Conference. Served with Compassion International - Senior Director Advocacy, Africa Region, Country Director for Compassion International Tanzania, Finance & Admin. Manager; Program Manager. Served with Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania as a Business Development Manager and Account Relationship Manager. He was a member of the Christian Council of Tanzania Executive Committee. PhD studies, Oxford Centre for Mission Studies and Japan Bible Institute. He holds MBA at Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) in collaboration with Maastricht School of Management (MSM). Honors degree in BCom. Advanced Accounting & Auditing at Shivaji University-Maharashtra India.
